  2. In the district of Durrus there lived a Protestant farmer. This farmer did not care what he did as long as it harmed the Catholics.
    One day he was returning from a fair, when he saw a graveyard. In this graveyard a chieftain's wife was buried, and over her grave was a cross of precious stone.
    The Protestant saw this stone and said to himself
