  2. Once upon a time there lived in Caheragh a priest named Father Kearney, who is stated to have miraculous power.
    The priest was a small active man, who took part in all sorts of athletic sports and games. He had a lively and springy walk.
    One day, when he was walking through the village, the Protestant minister saw him and decided to have a joke at the priest's expense.
    So, as the priest was passing, he said to some of his Protestant friends
