  1. There are four ancient churchyards in this parish. They are situated in the townslands of Killcolum, Killivory, Kilbride, and Ballygorm. There is a very ancient stone in Killcolum with two knee marks, two thum marks and anybody who could put his head in the mark would never get a headache again. There is a head-stone in the form of a cross in Kilbride churchyard and it dates back as far as two hundred years ago.
