  1. There is a forge in Weatherstown. It has a slated roof. The smith makes farm implements such as harrows gates and he also mends ploughs. His name is Con Bishop of Gowran who comes to that and lodges at the nearest house about thirty yards Most of the work is done inside Binding wheels and mending carts is done outside There is a stream of water running at one side of it and there is a dwelling house at the other side The house was once owned by a man named Flynn who went to America about five years ago.
