  2. Bird Lore
    The following are a list of many birds which live in this locality.
    The wren is the smallest bird that I know. It lives mostly in an old ivied bush or tree or in an old crumbling wall. It makes its nest of moss lined with feathers, in a wall or bush. It is very difficult to see the nest for it is only a bit of moss with a hole in it.
    The robins nest may be found in a mossy bank. It is made chiefly of moss with oak leaves scattered around it.
