    from the sheeps' wool. Tom Flatley in Dunbeakin and John Conlon of Dromore West, two blacksmiths, make fire cranes and Dan Nealon and Sweeny Bros, of Dromore West make carts and cart wheels. Anthony Burke of Farrelmacfarrel and Jimmy Healley of Dromore West are the two lime [?] in the district. Lady Killrahel, "the cooper" as he was called, used to make churns for any one who wanted him and he used to make some barrels. James Watson of Dunbeakin can make whips and the implements used are a coil of whip cord and some tar in which the whips are soaked.
    The implements used by the thatchers are a mallet for beating in the pointed rods and a little rake for raking down all the loose straw off the roof and a knife for cutting the eave.
