    are Rooneys. The majority of the houses in this townland are thatched there are three which are roofed with zinc. Mac Morrow is the common name in it. There are eighty people living in it as it is fairly thickly populated.
    Most of the land is fertile and the rest is mountainous. There is plenty of bog in it.
    There are no woods nor no lakes in it. There is one river running through the centre of the townland called the big river or the Abhann-Mór. There is another little stream leading into the big river called the Back River. The people support themselves farming
