  2. This is a true story told by the late Mr Hugh Brady who lived in Lisnabuntry, Virginia co Cavan.
    When he was a young man the butter was being brought off the milk and whenever they would churn froth would come on the milk and they would have to give up the attempt.
    The people of the house did not know what to do but one day
