  2. Long ago there was an old school in the townland of Lisnabuntry at the junction of where Doan road and the Watery Lane meet. It was built in the corner of Mr Bell's field. The teacher's name was Master Rock. Irish was the language spoken but the English language was being taught in it. The pupils wrote
