    A Holy Well

    There is a Holy Well called by the name of "The Saintless Women.It is in the townland of Tuppernananeve, in the parish of Abbeylara, Co. Longford.
    It is situated on the right hand side of a small "pass", which leads off the main road from Granard to the Church of Abbeylara.
    From the name of this Holy Well some of the old people are inclined to believe that there was a convent near that
