  1. An aliputhor is a small brown animal with four leg He stays in old walls of houses. When you remove the stones you are in danger of his leaping down your neck. He is a very queer sort of animal. If you cut him in two he will join himself together. Some people believe that by licking him you can cure a burn. Any person who licks him must not let the animal be interfered with.
