    Aghabullogue team was founded in 1887 and won the Coachford Tournament in 1888, and defeated Wexford for All-Ireland honours in the year 1890 and in 1896 won Peake Tournament.The president was Rev. Fr O'Riordan CC Aghabullogue and the team were- Dan Lane (capt) John Hinchion (vice capt) Tom Good, Timothy Connors, Patrick Buckley, John Buckley, John Linehan, Denis Linehan, Dan Looney, Patrick Riordan, Timothy Kelleher, Daniel Sullivan, Dan Drew, Jeremiah Sullivan, D- Cronin, E O'Reilly, D. Horgan, Thomas Twomey, J.O. Reilly, M Horgan, Patrick Riordan.
    Out of All these men six are alive- Patrick Buckley, John Linehan, Timothy Connors, Jeremiah Hinchion, Daniel Lane, Jeremiah Sullivan. The pick of the bunch were Tom Good, Dan Drew, Patrick Buckley, Dan Sullivan.
