  2. Jim Martin told me this story- There was once a shoemaker who was very lazy, he wanted money but would not work to get it. He thought if he caught a fairy he would get a crock of gold. One night he went to a rath and found a fairy under a mushroom, and asked him for gold. The fairy showed him a tree, and told him he would find gold beneath it. When Sean went digging for it he found a box of tools on which was written "Use these and they will make you rich". Sean worked hard ever after and became a rich man.
