    The domestic animals are horses, and donkeys. The farm animals are cows, sheep, goats, and calves. All the cows have names. There are Shorthorns, Hornys, White heads, and Pollycows. The cow house is a small house roofed with iron and plenty of them is thatched. It is called a byre. The cows are tied to a stake by a chain. The chain is home-made. The horse's house is a house built of stone and an iron roof. There is a manger in the top of it for fodder. The fodder is hay. There is no cratitions told about horses who spent seen years in a stable. There are no stories told about pigs, goats, or sheep.
