This tree at the present day is 13 feet in circumference. There are no branches on this tree for forty feet high This tree is a hundred and twenty feet high. It is high above all other trees. Under this tree every seven years on the 12th Jan a white woman appears between twelve and one o'clock at night. This tree is clad all round with ivy and the birds built their nests, lay and hatch them. All the little birds every seven years have a play in that tree. One night as I was passing by, I heard a rustling noise and very soon I heard them sing. "We are coming sister Mary. We are coming by and by. Be you ready sister Mary for the time is drawing nigh".
