Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)there is a feast and a dance in the bride's house and on that night "straw boys" or "beggars" visit the house. Some boys dress up as women and put masks on their faces. Sometimes those boys are brought into the house and are given strong drink or tea. These boys sometimes do a great deal of mischief while the dance is going on. They often pull up the cabbage and throw it in the yard or tie it to the latch of the door. Sometimes they knock down walls in the avenue and build them across in the middle of the avenue so that it would be hard for the people with cars to get out.
