    A couple of hundred years ago a family named Nangle lived in Streamstown house which was a little to the east of the present house.
    There were always a good many men employed but during the busy seasons they were employed extra men named Geraghty, Kelly and Murray.
    Banks were unheard of in those days and the Nangles like all other Irish families kept their money in the house.
