    stand rolls from side to side, and the churn with which you use the stick goes up and down. There is a plug at the side, and you pull out the plug, and you will see dots of butter on the top of the plug, then the butter in made. Water is poured into the churn to gather the butter together. When the butter is made, you should strain out the butter milk and then lift out the butter and put it in a cool place, and put salt in it.
