  1. In a ditch between John McNamara's field and David Barry's farm in Clogherviller it is said that a piper is heard playing pipes under a white thorn bush. He plays there at or between eleven and twelve o'clock at night. Several people heard the music but they were not aware who it was until old people told then that this music has been heard there by generations of people long since dead.
