    There is a Holy-Well in Cullen and it is called Tobhar na Súl, that means a Cure for sore eyes. Long ago there was a monastery there and the Monks used to use the water in that well. When the old people had sore eyes they used to go to that well to get cured. There was a small hawthorn tree growing by this well and when the old people used to pay
