    The Old Mill
    The ruins of the mill buildings are situated on the southern bank of the Milltown Supply Canal a couple of hundred yards (w) from the Milltown/Kildare Road.
    It was a corn-grinding mill and was owned by a local family named Kelly. it has not been used for about 50 years.

    I know of only one song which was composed in the district. I do not know who composed it neither do I know the name of the song. The song is as follows:
