    water and oat meal.
    Blood of a goose. People put on a good turf fire. Then they put on a can or jug of goose's blood then oatmeal onions and salt are put in. Then it is stirred and when it is cool, it is eaten. They ate three meals a day.
    To make boxy take five or six large potatoes, peel and grate them, then a cloth is got and they are squeezed. Mashed potatoes are then mixed with this. They are good for a cold.
