    It is by the sky that the "Weather Judges" tell whether we are to have good or bad weather.
    When the sky is bright and full of stars at night, it it a sign of a big coat of frost. Sometimes the sky is full of stars, but dark and mild. Then we are going to have a downpour of rain.
