    "Long, long ago a great giant called MacHugh lived at Sheemore. He used to travel North, South, east and west, robbing the people and bringing home their cattle and their food to provide food for himself and his wife. One morning when he got up from bed he went down to the bottom of the hill and lifted a big rock from the bottom of the hill and flung it from him and it fell six miles away, and the place where it fell was ever afterwards called "Shee beig." There is a lough where he lifted the rock from. He used to step across to Scotland and rob and plunder there as well as at home. One day he took another giant's property in Scotland.
