  1. There is a hidden treasure in a town-land called Lisanoran in the parish of Killucan in the county of Rosscommon.
    It was placed in that place by an old miser. This old miser did not want to give any of this money to his friends. For that reason he hid the treasure under a big stone in that place.
    People from the district have made several attempts to find the treasure but in vain. This treasure consists of a very big crock of gold. It is also supposed that very valuable vessels are hidden along with the gold. The people say this treasure cannot be found.
