"Tobar Rúad" There is a well up in Kinclare and one day two men were fighting and one of them killed the other. The blood of the dead man fell into the well and they couldn't get it away. So they had to cover up the well.
"Tobair tSlainte"There is a well in Greenville and it is supposed to be healthy water to drink.
"Gort Reymand"is a field down in Cranaugh which belonged to a man named Reymand Conheeny who is now dead.
"Cranagh" is a village about one mile from Castleblakeney. It is so called because long ago there was a lot of trees growing in it.
"Lehena"is a village about one mile from Castleblakeney. The reason it is called that is. There is a lot of houses in it and it is about 1 mile in width.(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
