    hands and he would tie their hands to their legs and he put the stick in and out through the rope and which ever one would get away they would be supposed to be very rich and Holy, that tying was called the puck tying.
    My Mother told me that when she was young her father went out when they were all in and he used get a sop and a rib off a horses tail and when he came he put the sop and the rib behind his back and he told them to point to which they would take and if the rib of hair off the horse's tail was in that hand they would be supposed to be very hard to please and that they would be very rich but they would be misers and would die of starvation.
