    When there are hailstones in the day time there is frost at night.
    When we see a rainbow in the sky we say it will rain. When the wind blows from the south it is going to rain.
    The south wind brings most rain. When sea-gulls come in land it is a sign of hardship.
    When a cat sits with her back to the fire it is going to rain. The colour of the sky is dark when it is going to rain. When the smoke comes from a chimney straight it is going to rain. When the crows come in land it is a sign of rain and hardship.
