  1. In olden times there were a lot of fairies. The house that would be near the fort the fairies would come in and ask for sugar and tea and they could tell where you had it in the house and they would bring it back what ever day they would say. The fort is near our house and in olden times the cows could not be kept in the fort after sun set. One time the bushes were cut in the fort and there was a hundered of eggs got in it, and they belonged to no one round the place.
