    fire then they drank milk from noggins. When working away from home they had cans of butter-milk and oaten-bread. It is said because they ate all home food the were such healthy men and women and had less ailments then the present generation and had their teeth going to the grave. About ninty years ago the tea came out first and was bought in very small quantities half ozs of tea an ozs of sugar for the old people.
