  1. A long time ago there lived in Tromora Castle a man named Captain Ward. His daughter was living with him. Her name was Nuala.
He was giving help to the English.
One day the Irish were passing and they saw him inside a window smoking his pipe.
They let a shot at him and he fell dead on the floor.
When Nuala saw her father dead she got frightened and she jumped out from a window in the Castle.
Then she ran until she came to the sea. She jumped into the sea from a rock and got drowned.
Ever since the rock is called Carraigh a Nuala.
