    Strong people
    Patsy Normoyle who lived in bloonadrum was walking the roads one day. He saw three men trying to throw a half hundred weight over a house. Any of the men could not thour the (way) weight more than half the height of the house. Patsy took the weight and threw it over house.
    Mary Burke, who lived near Doolough, saw men trying to lift a stone which was a ton weight. She told the men she could lift a stone three ton weight and carry it any distance they would like. The men found a stone which was about three ton weight and they told her to carry the stone to Cragaknock. She put the stone into her aprun and left it outside the railway station of Cragaknock.
