    It is known by the daily paper. If the sky is bright we are going to have fine weather, but if it is cloudy we are going to have wet weather.
    If the dogs are going wild it is a sign we are going to have a storm. If the wind is blowing severly also we are going to have a storm. If the crows fly low we are going to have wet weather, but when they fly very high that is the verdict of fine weather.
