    Shadick was the landlord for this district. About five miles from Thurles there is a bridge called "Shadick Bridge" because Shadick was killed by his enemy. O'Carroll was the man who killed him's name. After a while O'Carroll was tired in Cashel and was sentenced to death. Then he was hung on the public road outside his own door.
