    Nuair a bhíodh tigh nuadh dá thógaint age na sean daoine san Ráth Mór fadó, ní raghaidís treasna an bhóthair ó láthair an sean tigh cómhnuidhthe. Ní thógaidís tig ar casadh ná ar casán mar deiridís go mbiodh na daoine maithe ag siúbhal ann gach oidhche. Ní thógaidís é treasna iomaraí, acht cúl le gaoith, agus aghaidh le gréinn.. Ní chuiridís airgead fé bun cloch an tighe.
