  1. There is a crock of gold supposed to be hidden on the western side of the ruins of the old Church of Clonoghill Parish of Taughmaconnell, Barony of Athlone South.
    It is not told how much is in it or who buried it.
    It will be recovered by three people and one of those must lose his life at the getting of it.
    It is guarded by a three legged white horse.
    It is told that the one to find it will dream of it three nights running and its exact position will be made known. He will also be directed as to the people who are to come with him for the
