  1. A man named Peter Davis lived in Anratabeg Lanesboro Roscommon. One day while he was asleep in bed two boys who lived near. - Pete Gill and Peter Wallace took the wheels from the donkeys cart, carried the cart and wheels into Peter Davis's kitchen and put the wheels under the cart and harnesses the donkey to the cart.
    You can imagine the surprise when Peter Davis got up from bed and saw the donkey and cart on the floor. He could not understand how they came there through the door.
    He thought he would have to throw the side wall to get the donkey and cart out. The two boys walked in and made a great wonder of the donkey and cart. After much debating and when Peter was all but distracted they decided to take the donkey out.
