   They don't come to my district for any particular occasion. When the man named "Umbrella Jack" receives any alms he gives tips about race-horses. They do not tell stories but they sometimes play music from house to house. They also bring news from other counties. I got this information from my father;-

   The names of the most harmful weeds growing about my district are as follows.- Charlock or Prashough Groundivy Chickeru-weed Docks Brooklime Scutch. Most of these are harmful because they impoverish the soil, but others spread rapidly, and smother the crops, and make[s] its roots weak. Most of those grow in rich soil, and if the soil is too rich, all classes of weeds grow in it. Scutch is the most harmful of all weeds.
