one hound made a drive at him, and then he pulled up and ran back behind the man.
The hare then spoke to the man and said "you or your dogs will never hunt for six months. The man went home and he was sick for six months.
There was this house near a fort and everyone that lived there was broken & starved. There was a woman near it and she advised her husband to buy it. She changed her house. The fort was at the back and the people used to be putting the ashes out there.
One day a woman came in for a pot. The woman said "Yerra when did you come around here"? "Yerra I'm your next door neighbour" said she. She then told her that all the people who lived here used to be throwing out the ashes and it was blinding us, but they paid for it and you will get it all back. The woman also said let your dairy opened to night, as we are having a feast.
