  2. In this bed lay down to sleep.
I trust in God my soul to keep.
    Avail any danger threatens me.
    Mother of Jesus waken me.
There are 4 corners in my bed,
There are 4 angels ever my head,
everto guide me, two to guard me.
And there to carry my soul to heaven. -amen
On Christmas morning people say this prayer
May God peace unfold you at xmas. And everyday.
May Bethlehem's joys throng round you and never more stray,
May all the delights of your childhood and hope be reborn
To comfort and bless you on Christmas morning. -amen
A prayer people say to the sacred heart
Oh! heart of human sorrows find,
An echo and a balm combined,
Be with us in this weary way that men call life.
