    The old people say when the sky is covered with great black clouds "The sky is down on our heads" and it is a sure sign of rain. If on the very fine day the sky gets cloudy quickly it is a sure sign of thunder and rain.
    (2) Sun
    If the sun sets red in the evening it is a sign of fine weather. But if the sun rises red in the morning it is a sign of storm and rain.
    (3) Moon
    It is said if we have new moon on a Saturday it is a sign of bad weather for the month.
    (4) Stars
    The stars have a very bright glitter when we are going to have frost and the sky is covered with them.
    (5) Rainbow
    A rainbow seen on the sky in the morning is a sign of rain.
