    The man and the woman churned for half the day and never got a bit of butter on the churn.
    Long ago people used to go to the graveyards and cut the hands of the corpses and bring it home, and when they would have it churned they'd put the hand in to the churn and say "Gather, Gather, Gather, and they would have half a churn of butter.
    Butter milk is usually kept for making bread.
