weather. When there is a mist over the water it is the sign of good weather.
When the wind is from the north or east there will be good weather and when it is from the south or west there will be bad weather. Another rhyme is:
A swarm of bees in May
Is worth a load of hay
A swarm of bees in June
    Is worth a silver spoon
A swarm of bees in July
    Is not worth a fly.
