How Greenville got it's name

I live in the townland of Greenville in the Parish of Killoran in the Barony of Leyney in the Co. Sligo .
In Greenville long long ago there was a bleach ground where linen was bleached, that was made from flax, which grew in our own country. There was a very large mill in it also, which spun flax into linen. It is now a very large farm containing about a hundred acres. That is how Greenville got it's name.
