  1. Long ago in parish of Killoan people had strange cures for the ailments. If one had sore eyes they people of the house would boil black tea, and give it to the person affected.
    Measls.
    If a person had measls the people of the house would boil nettels roots and give the suop to the sick person.
    Warts. The cure I have for warts is to get butter milk and lime and mix the two together and put it to the wart and it kills it at once.
