  1. Fairies.
    One November's night long ago there was a man coming from a (far) fair in Ballisodane to boolaney.
    He came to a town thinking it was his town but where was he but in Sligo instead of boolaney. He knew that it was the fairies who set him astray.
    So he was told to turn his goat inside out, and so he did. Hr got home ar six o'clock the next morning.
