In the midst of the hawthorn set
Of all the lands in Eire dear
Its the grandest I have met
Where the willows weep and the roses creep.
And the balmy breezes blow
Famed Corroscoffey is its name
Where the whin and whitethorn grow.

In the evening when the sun goes down.
Just at the close of day
The beauty of the sun rise would make an artist stay
And paint a picture of this spot
Where is my home to day.
