  1. Long ago the people used to eat no bread but oaten bread. Oaten bread is made from oaten meal. They used also eat whole meal bread. Whole meal is the best for people working. It is made from wheat, sometimes people put flour with wheat. Potato cake is always eaten nowdays. The potato cake is made with potatoes and flour. When it is baked it is cut into squares and left until it is cold.
