  1. Once there was a lady and she was very proud of herself. She used to be at dances and would dance with no one atall but swanks. One night she was at a big night and she saw a very beautiful man coming in the door. He asked her to dance and she said that she would. She went out in the middle of the floor with him and began to dance. When they were out in the floor a while a man noticed that the man she was dancing with had cows hooves. Then he whispered to another man and said. Look at the devil dancing with the lady and they all ran for the priest. Then the priest came to the house and hung his big coat on the knob on the front door and he went into the house and saw the devil dancing with the lady and he said to the devil "Get out of this house you animal you and the lady said to the priest. "What do you call my lover an animal for
