  1. (continued from previous page)
All went well till the king heard about the cloth and when he heard about it he sent six soldiers to take the man to the king to see about this magic cloth. When they took him as far as a bridge the good for nothing fellow told them to let him go and he would walk all right for them. They let him go and he slipped his hand into his pocket and he took out the box and he gave it six turns. Then there jumped out six soldiers and they killed the other six then they went in again.
When the king heard this he sent out fifty soldiers. The came and they took him with them when they came to the place where the other six was dead they said how these six got killed. The man said if they would let him go he would show them. Then he took out the box and he gave it fifty screws . Out jumped fifty soldiers and they killed the other fifty. At last the king didn't bother about him so he let him go. The good for nothing fellow never was without food and he lived a life of ease while his brother had to work hard to earn his living.
